Select VoiceCom employees and company leaders came together last Wednesday to celebrate the blessing ceremony of the newly expanded office on the 5th floor of the i1 Building, Cebu IT Park, Apas, Cebu City. The 5th-floor office is another step forward for us to accommodate our growing team and clientele. With this additional space, we want to show how dedicated we are to supporting more employees and businesses as they thrive in what they do best, no matter their profession or industry.
“We are thrilled to announce the opening and blessing of our new 5th floor office at The i1 building in Cebu City. This expansion is a significant milestone for SVC as we continue to grow our presence in the BPO industry.” – Trevor Michael, SVC President
This project is not just about creating workstations for more agents—it’s about being better equipped to meet our clients’ needs and making SVC a leading player in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. In our exclusive interview with Trevor, he shares the vision behind the 5th-floor office and what this expansion means for SVC and our journey moving forward.
What inspired you to expand our office?
“The decision to expand was driven by our commitment to providing an optimal work environment for our dedicated staff. With our team now exceeding 950 members, we recognized the need for additional space for new clients and the growth of our existing campaigns.”
How will the new office help SVC grow?
“The 5th floor will serve as a hub for enhanced productivity and efficiency. With state-of-the-art facilities, we anticipate increased capacity, allowing us to take on more projects.”
Which teams will be working in the new office?
“Initially, the new space will accommodate some of our customer support, tech support, and data verification campaigns.”
How does this new space show SVC’s commitment to both employees and clients?
“By investing in our work environment, we are not only enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being but also ensuring that we can meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.”
Do you have any other growth plans for Cebu or beyond?
“Looking ahead, we are excited to share that we are in the process of developing a new BPO space in Davao, further expanding our footprint in the Philippines. This strategic move aligns with our goal of scaling our operations and tapping into new talent pools. As we continue to grow in Cebu and beyond, we remain dedicated to our mission of delivering unparalleled service and building lasting relationships.”
What’s your message to SVC employees, partners, and clients?
“We invite everyone to join us in celebrating this new chapter for SVC as we embark on this journey of expansion and opportunity!”
Select VoiceCom employees ended the office blessing ceremony with a Filipino-inspired feast—sharing joy, laughter, and local delicacies, such as pichi-pichi (cassava dessert with cheese), suman (elongated rice cake), puto (steamed rice cake), and more. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without the star of the feast, one of Cebu’s prides, the mouthwatering lechon (roasted pig) from Leslie’s. Even SVC’s Australian president, Trevor, couldn’t resist its crispy skin and juicy meat. What a finger-licking moment!
