When Joycee joined SVC more than two years ago, she started as an agent. Like many employees beginning a new chapter, she focused on learning the ropes and adapting to a new environment.

"I was once a shy employee who rarely talked to anyone and mostly kept to myself," Joycee shared. "Over time, I became more confident in communicating with my workmates."

One of the defining moments in Joycee's career came when she was given the opportunity to lead a team.
The transition was both exciting and challenging. She found herself managing a medical account composed of licensed Physical Therapists. Leading such a highly skilled team required her to elevate her leadership abilities.
Rather than seeing the challenge as intimidating, Joycee embraced it as an opportunity to grow.
Working alongside experienced professionals taught her how to navigate different personalities and provide meaningful support to her team. More importantly, it strengthened her confidence as a leader.
No professional journey happens alone.
Joycee credits much of her development to the people around her, especially her co-leaders, campaign manager, and team members, who helped shape the leader she is today. Their guidance encouraged her to take on new responsibilities and continue improving.
She also learned valuable lessons from the highly skilled individuals she works with every day.
Through continuous learning, Joycee developed the confidence and leadership skills that helped her succeed in her role.
Among her accomplishments, one stands above the rest.
"One of the goals I achieved at SVC that once felt out of reach was becoming a Team Leader," Joycee shared.
It's a milestone that reflects not only career advancement but also the personal growth that happened along the way.
When asked what advice she would give someone starting their career, Joycee's message was simple:
Be open to learning. Embrace opportunities. Don't be afraid to ask questions, seek feedback, and step outside your comfort zone. Every challenge brings lessons that contribute to future success.
Values she has clearly lived by throughout her own journey.
