Select VoiceCom (SVC) set the night ablaze at *Dilaab: A Year-End Celebration of Excellence*, a fiery tribute to passion, perseverance, and performance, held on December 8, 2024, at the grand Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino. *Dilaab*, derived from the Tagalog word *Alab* meaning “blaze,” perfectly captured the spirit of the evening: recognizing employees whose burning drive and dedication fuel the company’s success.

At the center of this celebration was the *Titan of the Year* award—a recognition of extraordinary achievement and commitment. This year, the honor belonged to **Little John Belonguel**, whose hard work and unwavering excellence made him the brightest flame in SVC’s constellation of talent.

**A Titan’s Journey to Excellence**

Little John Belonguel’s journey to becoming *Titan of the Year* is a proof to the power of dedication and heart. His consistent performance, strong work ethic, and inspiring leadership set him apart. As he stepped onto the stage to receive his **plaque, medal, and P7,000 cash prize**, the room erupted with pride and admiration.

*“I’m happy and proud of myself. Of all the employees, I am the chosen one,” Belonguel shared. “I always think of my family, and they inspire me to do my best at work. Love your job, don’t forget Him (God), and attendance does count,” he added, his words igniting motivation among his peers.*

The *Titan of the Year* award highlights employees who embody the essence of *Dilaab* — a relentless flame that inspires those around them to aim higher and achieve more.

**Fueling a Culture of Excellence**

SVC’s leadership emphasized how the *Dilaab* celebration serves as a beacon, illuminating the company’s values of integrity, dedication, and teamwork. The event not only celebrated individual success but also reinforced the importance of community and shared goals. As flames inspire other flames to burn brighter, Little John’s success now lights the way for others to strive for the same.
