The SVC Titan Awards is our employee recognition program celebrating individuals who demonstrate outstanding performance and make a positive impact within the SVC community.
Each month, one employee will be named SVC Titan of the Month for consistently delivering excellent work while going beyond their regular responsibilities to support colleagues, participate in employee engagement activities, and contribute to a stronger workplace culture.
At the end of the year, all monthly award recipients will become contenders for the highest recognition in the program: SVC Titan of the Year. From among the year’s outstanding Titans, one will rise above them all.
All Select VoiceCom employees from Back Office, Healthcare, Production, and other departments are eligible for nomination.
Employees may nominate deserving colleagues who demonstrate strong work performance, commitment, teamwork, and meaningful involvement in the SVC community. Employees may also nominate themselves by submitting the complete nomination requirements and supporting documentation.

Requirements & Selection Process
To ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation, all nominations must include:
✅ The nominee’s performance scorecard covering the past six months
✅ The nominee’s attendance record covering the past six months
✅ A formal recommendation from the nominee’s supervisor or manager
✅ A detailed description of the nominee’s community impact, supported by specific examples
✅ Supporting documentation, such as client feedback, acknowledgments, testimonials, photographs, or employee engagement records, when applicable
Formal recommendations must be submitted in Word or PDF format. Nominations with incomplete requirements or insufficient supporting information will not be considered.
All qualified nominations will be evaluated based on Performance (50%) and Community Impact (50%). The final award recipient will be reviewed and approved by the Operations Executive Management Team.
One qualified employee will be selected each month as the SVC Titan of the Month. The award recipient will receive a medal and an SM Gift Certificate valued at PHP 3,000 in recognition of their outstanding performance and positive impact on the SVC community.
Each monthly Titan will automatically become a contender for the SVC Titan of the Year award.
At the end of the year, all SVC Titan of the Month award recipients will be considered for the prestigious SVC Titan of the Year award.
This recognition will honor the individual who stands out among the monthly Titans through exceptional performance, sustained commitment, and meaningful contributions to the SVC community. The selected Titan of the Year will receive a Titan Trophy and an SM Gift Certificate valued at PHP 10,000.
Twelve monthly Titans. One ultimate champion. One SVC Titan will rise above them all.
The SVC Titan Awards reflect our culture of excellence, collaboration, and appreciation.
