The SVC Titan of the Month award is our monthly recognition program designed to highlight the outstanding achievements and contributions of our amazing employees. Each month, we would select one winner who has truly gone above and beyond, showcasing exceptional performance, commitment, and a can-do attitude.
Who Can Be an SVC Titan?
Rank-and-file team members are qualified to be a Titan! Whether they’re from back office, healthcare, or production, we believe in their potential to shine. We encourage everyone, particularly campaign managers and heads, to nominate their superstar peers. Our selection process ensures a fair and comprehensive evaluation, celebrating the true champions within our organization.
Criteria for Recognition
Attendance: 30%
Productivity and Quality of Work: 30%
Client and Customer Satisfaction Ratings (With Proof) for Prod/Healthcare and Supervisor/Manager’s Recommendation: 20%
Teamwork and Attitude: 20%
Total: 100%
Requirements & Selection Process
To ensure a fair and thorough evaluation, all nominations must include the following:
✅ Recent scorecard covering the last six months
✅ Recent attendance record for the past six months
✅ Formal recommendation from a Supervisor, Client, or Customer (submitted in Word or PDF format)
Submissions missing any of these requirements will not be considered.
Once all nominations are received, they will undergo a rigorous review process, assessing each candidate’s performance, impact, and dedication. The final selection will be approved by the Marketing Team, HR and Senior Leadership.
Rewards and Recognition
The selected SVC Titans of the Month will receive special recognition and rewards, such as a medal and SM Gift Certificate worth PHP 3,000, for their incredible contributions.
These monthly awardees will become contenders for the prestigious SVC Titan of the Year (year-end) accolade, which comes with an SM Gift Certificate worth PHP 10,000 and a Titan Trophy—celebrating the one ultimate champion of the year!
