How SVC Earned the Certification: The Two-Step Process
The First Step
Achieving the Great Place To Work Certification™ was an exciting journey for us at Select VoiceCom. We started by conducting Trust Index™, a research-backed employee experience survey. GPTW used the Trust Model©, which helps them assess the employee experience of a workplace. Here’s a glimpse of what the model looks like:
During this time, employees from different departments and campaigns shared their candid thoughts and experiences about SVC—what they love about working here, what the company can improve on, and more. The survey results only proved that SVC succeeded in creating an amazing employee experience.
The Second Step
After the first step, we completed the Culture Brief™, a short questionnaire about our company’s culture and workforce. This brief helped GPTW understand who SVC is—how many employees we have, what generation makes up our workforce, what positions they hold, and how diverse our organization is. Our SVC profile validates our commitment to maintaining high standards and continuously improving to achieve excellence.
