At Select VoiceCom, we believe in fostering a work environment that's both productive and rewarding. Chief Morale Officer
We have a dedicated CMO (Chief Morale Officer) who champions employee engagement. The CMO organizes fun and engaging activities and events, both in and outside the office.
Celebrating Together
We foster a sense of community through four company-wide events annually, including family events where employees can bring their loved ones. Additionally, we celebrate holidays with themed activities, raffles, and contests.
Giving Back to the Community
Beyond creating a thriving work environment, Select VoiceCom takes pride in giving back to the community. We focus our philanthropic efforts on three key areas:
Environment
We actively partner with organizations like the Cebu City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CCENRO) to promote environmental sustainability. Through this partnership, some of what we do is plant trees and conduct mangrove restoration projects in various Cebu communities.
Education
We believe in empowering future generations. We collaborate with select public schools in Cebu through their Brigada Eskwela program. Our involvement in this program involves donating school supplies, participating in school maintenance and repairs, and providing computers and IT equipment.
Social Service
Partnering with the Philippine-based NGO Gawad Kalinga, we support their mission of constructing homes, creating livelihood opportunities, promoting education, and empowering marginalized communities in Cebu.
