Better Facilities, Better Learning: SVC Participates in the Brigada Eskwela of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School (DVRMNHS) in Cebu City

Select VoiceCom actively participated in the school maintenance activity of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School (DVRMNHS) on June 25, 2022. SVC volunteers joined hands and worked together to clean and paint the school’s activity center and the Grade 8 Building. They prepared these facilities for the upcoming school term, transforming every dull wall to create a learning space that inspires students and teachers.

In this Project 15 initiative, our volunteers put in one hundred percent to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable learning environment. They believe it's more than just maintaining and improving the school infrastructure; it's a big step toward improving the quality of education for the students. With better school facilities, DVRMNHS can support their students' well-being and academic success.

Supporting Young Learners on Their Academic Journey

DVRMNHS students from low-income households face challenges with their studies because they don’t have access to essential school supplies. So, on September 27, 2022, Select VoiceCom launched a school supplies donation drive to provide these underprivileged kindergarteners with school necessities. SVC donated bags of school supplies to 100 kindergarten students. The company also donated essential hygiene supplies to the DVRMNHS Clinic.

With the necessary resources, the students could concentrate on learning inside the classroom, while the school clinic could focus on ensuring each young learner’s well-being. Seeing how they appreciated all the efforts, SVC volunteers were inspired and motivated to continue supporting schools and students through community engagement.
