How SVC Became a Great Place To Work®

Great Place To Work® (GPTW) has been setting the definitive standard for a holistic employee experience since 1992. They are the global authority on workplace excellence, with over 100 million employees surveyed worldwide.

In partnership with GPTW, SVC conducted the Trust Index Survey™, an evidence-based tool for determining the internal health of an organisation based on the level of trust employees have in their company. The certification program runs on the Trust Model©, which comprises five dimensions:

    • Credibility – Employees’ perceptions of management’s trustworthiness as shown in their openness, proficiency, and principle.

    • Fairness – Employees’ assessment of the fairness of company policies.

    • Camaraderie – Employees’ measurement of the sense of community fostered within the organisation.

    • Pride – Employees’ measurement of their individual impact through their work.

On top of the survey, SVC also completed the Culture Brief™, a questionnaire that verifies whether an organisation meets GPTW’s criteria for a consistently positive work experience.
