A great workplace is built through everyday experiences, how people are treated, whether they feel supported, and whether their voices are heard.

This year, Select VoiceCom (SVC) marks its fourth consecutive Great Place to Work® Certification. The recognition represents four years of listening to employees, responding to their needs, and continuing to shape a workplace where people can feel valued and supported.

In the 2026 Great Place to Work® survey, 81% of employees said SVC is a great place to work. The company also received an average score of 78% across the Great Place to Work® Model and all survey statements.

More importantly, this year's survey received responses from 1,010 employees, the highest number of participants in SVC’s Great Place to Work® surveys to date. Employees also shared 1,413 comments, providing the company with valuable insight into the experiences that matter most to its people.

Four Years Shaped by Employee Voices

Great Place to Work® Certification is based on direct and confidential employee feedback. It evaluates different aspects of the workplace experience, including trust, fairness, leadership, collaboration, inclusion, and employee engagement.

For SVC, participating in the survey is not only about earning recognition. It is an opportunity to understand how employees experience the workplace and to identify where the company can continue to make meaningful improvements.

The record number of respondents in 2026 makes this year’s findings particularly valuable. Every response helped create a clearer picture of what SVC is doing well and where employees would like to see further progress.

Reaching the fourth year of certification does not mean the work is complete. Instead, it reflects SVC’s continuing responsibility to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully to the people behind the organization.

A Workplace That Provides Support

Among the strongest results, 87% of employees said they are given the resources and equipment they need to perform their jobs. This reflects the importance of providing people with practical support and the right tools to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

Employees also expressed confidence in the physical safety of the workplace, with 85% agreeing that SVC is a physically safe place to work.

These findings are especially meaningful following a year when Cebu faced earthquakes, flooding, and the effects of rising fuel costs. During these challenging circumstances, SVC provided support to help employees navigate the difficulties affecting their daily lives.

The company’s response during these moments reflected an important part of the workplace experience: being present for employees not only during celebrations and achievements, but also when unexpected challenges arise.

Creating a Fair and Inclusive Workplace

Fairness and inclusion emerged as some of SVC’s strongest employee experiences in 2026.

Eighty-seven percent of respondents said employees are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, while 86% said people are treated fairly regardless of gender. Justice was also the company’s highest-rated focus area, receiving a score of 82%.

These results reflect SVC’s continued effort to create a workplace where employees from different backgrounds can feel respected and included.

At the same time, the survey provides opportunities to listen more closely. Employee feedback related to impartiality, workplace relationships, recognition, and the handling of concerns will help guide conversations about where further attention may be needed.

Building a great workplace requires both recognizing areas of strength and remaining open to the experiences that show where the organization can do better.

Finding Meaning in Shared Experiences

Workplace culture is also shaped through moments that bring people together.

In the 2026 survey, 85% of employees agreed that people celebrate special events at SVC. Throughout the year, company activities have created opportunities for employees to connect, recognize one another, and enjoy experiences beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.

From employee appreciation initiatives and workplace celebrations to activities that encourage participation across teams, these shared moments contribute to a stronger sense of connection within the company.

They also serve as a reminder that appreciation does not have to be limited to major milestones. It can be expressed through consistent efforts to recognize employees and create moments where people feel part of the wider SVC community.

Listening Beyond the Numbers

The 2026 survey results tell an encouraging story, but the numbers are only one part of it.

The 1,413 employee comments offer perspectives that cannot always be fully represented by a percentage. They include positive experiences, practical suggestions, and concerns that deserve careful consideration.

SVC recognizes that listening must extend beyond collecting survey responses. It means reviewing employee feedback, understanding recurring themes, and identifying actions that can strengthen the workplace experience.

The 2026 result of 81% shows that a strong majority of employees consider SVC a great place to work. It also gives the company a renewed opportunity to examine what employees need as the organization continues to grow.

Continuing the Work Together

Four consecutive Great Place to Work® Certifications represent an important milestone for Select VoiceCom, but the greater value lies in what the journey continues to teach the company.

Each year brings new circumstances, new employee experiences, and new opportunities to improve. What remains constant is the importance of listening, offering support, and building a workplace with employees—not simply for them.

To every employee who participated in this year’s survey: thank you for sharing your experience. The record number of responses reflects a workforce willing to speak, contribute, and take part in shaping SVC’s future.

As Select VoiceCom enters the next chapter of its workplace journey, the company remains committed to learning from its people and turning their feedback into meaningful progress.
