Christmas is never quiet at Select VoiceCom. This December, the office floors came alive with laughter, shared treats, and thoughtful surprises as SVC kicked off its Christmas Special, a celebration that brought smiles to employees and reflected the spirit of giving that continues to shape the company's culture.
A Festive FriYay for the Holiday Season
The festivities began at 5:00 AM on December 19 at the 10th-floor lobby, where employees enjoyed a FriYay treat from this month's partner supplier, Andok's. The Dokito Burger, a new crowd favorite, was the highlight of the morning.
Employees enjoyed the crispy fried-chicken burger in two available flavors: the original, topped with mustard, and the spicy version, finished with garlic mayo. Each option offered a delicious and satisfying start to the day.
In total, 850 burgers were distributed across shifts. As lines moved steadily, the lobby filled with cheerful conversations and the unmistakable holiday buzz.
Adding to the celebration, employees also received SVC Christmas merch, including umbrellas and flashlights, practical tools for everyday use. This reflects SVC's thoughtful approach to gifting and ongoing focus on employee well-being.
The festive atmosphere was made even more memorable with a Christmas cam setup, where employees snapped photos with teammates, creating lasting reminders of shared celebration and joy.
Carrying the Christmas Spirit Beyond FriYay
The beloved FriYay was not just the highlight of the month. Last week, employees received their holiday baskets, continuing a valued SVC tradition every December.
Earlier this week, teams also took on the Ultimate Wrap Battle, a lively challenge that tested speed, creativity, and wrapping skills. The activity sparked friendly competition and plenty of laughter as participants raced to deliver their best holiday wraps.
The winners received SM Gift Certificates and SVC merchandise, while other participants received tokens of appreciation, including five-kilogram sacks of rice and company merchandise. No one left empty-handed, making the event a true celebration of effort and participation.

More than the food or gifts, the SVC Christmas Special was about people. It reflected shared moments, thoughtful gestures, and genuine appreciation that unite teams during the most meaningful time of the year.
