The 10F Lobby doesn’t usually smell like fresh citrus and natural oils at 5 in the morning–but on this particular Friday, it did.
As part of Global Wellness Day, SVC kicked off the morning with something a little different: a Wellness Fair designed to give employees a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what it means to feel good, inside and out.
A Fresh Take on Friday Mornings
From 5AM to 10AM, the space transformed into a mini market of wellness. Leading the charge was Human Nature, a proudly Filipino social enterprise known for its natural, ethically made personal care products.
Rows of lotions, shampoos, balms, and other daily essentials filled the table, each one designed not just to clean or smell good, but to be gentle on the skin, kind to the environment, and supportive of the community.
The best part? Employees could purchase items on the spot using cash or choose to pay through salary deduction, making the products more accessible without the financial pinch.
Small Snacks, Big Impact
And because wellness isn’t just about what goes on the body but also what goes in it, everyone was treated to refreshing apples and oranges, simple, healthy snacks that brightened up the morning and encouraged better choices, even just for today.
“It felt good to start the day this way,” shared one employee from the Tech Department. “It’s not just the products, it’s the reminder to slow down and take care of yourself.”
A Culture that Cares
“This is what wellness at work can look like, accessible, low-pressure, but meaningful,” said Trev Michael, SVC’s President. “Sometimes all it takes is a fruit, a good product, or even just the permission to care for yourself to shift someone’s entire day.”
SVC’s goal wasn’t just to hand out freebies or encourage purchases; it was about planting seeds. Seeds of health, of awareness, and of small habits that can grow over time.
The Real Takeaway
SVC’s Wellness Fair wasn’t loud or flashy. It was thoughtful, intentional, and very much in line with a company that puts its people at the center of everything.
By giving employees direct access to high-quality wellness products and healthy snacks, SVC reminded everyone that well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s a priority.
Looking for a workplace that values your growth, your wellness, and your worth? At SVC, we believe success starts with how people feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Apply now and be part of a company that takes care of the whole you.
