Select VoiceCom (SVC) officially stepped onto the court for its first-ever participation in the Cebu IT-BPM Organization (CIB.O) Volleyball League 2026, marking an exciting new chapter in the company's commitment to industry collaboration beyond the workplace.

The third season of the annual corporate tournament opened on March 1, 2026, at the Magnum Sports Complex in Cebu City, gathering 35 teams from 24 IT-BPM companies across Cebu. Now considered one of the region's largest corporate sports events, the league reflects the unity and energy that drive Cebu's growing IT-BPM community.

Bringing the SVC Spirit to the Court

The SVC Ravens showed their energy and pride during the parade and power chant. Outside Hitter Reeve Granzon led the team's chant at the opening ceremony, helping to set a strong, competitive tone for their first season.

Team Captain Marc Alcala, together with the entire roster, proudly headlined SVC's debut in the league. Representing the team as muse was Frae-Anne Carcellar, who joined the ceremonial parade alongside fellow industry participants.

Foundever, a returning participant, won this season's Power Chant and Team Muse awards.

With the opening ceremony concluded, the SVC Ravens now turn their focus to competition and aim to secure their first win on March 8 in the elimination rounds.

Building Camaraderie Outside the Workplace

The CIB.O Volleyball League takes place every Sunday until May 2026, with women's matches in the morning and men's games in the afternoon. Besides the competition, the tournament encourages employee engagement, wellness, and connections between IT-BPM companies in Cebu.

SVC's participation underscores its belief that strong teams are built not just through great work, but also by sharing experiences outside the office. By joining the league, SVC continues to champion a culture that values collaboration, healthy competition, and community involvement.

As the season unfolds, the SVC Ravens are ready to represent Select VoiceCom with pride both on and off the court.
