At Select VoiceCom, we don't just work hard—we celebrate those who push boundaries and inspire us to achieve more. As the holiday season approaches and anticipation builds for our year-end party, it’s time to shine the spotlight on our Titan winners for October, November, and December: Shaynne Mae Ayoma, Little John Belonguel, and John Kenneth Pino.
Recently, host Faith Geolagon had the pleasure of chatting with our Titans to uncover the secrets behind their success, their thoughts on winning the award, and their outlook for the future. Here’s a glimpse into the hearts and minds of our Titan champions.
From Consistency to Excellence
When asked how it felt to win the Titan Award, the responses were thoughtful and heartfelt, filled with pride, gratitude, and even a touch of humility. Shaynne, who’s been with SVC for over six years, described it as a validation of her hard work and dedication. “It feels great, proud about winning… I feel really validated. It validates your hardwork…” she shared.
John, a seasoned veteran with nine years at SVC, echoed his sentiment, saying, “I feel happy and honored… after all the dedication and love for work… the award came.” Kenth, our December Titan, may be the newest of the trio with three years under his belt, but his consistent performance speaks volumes. “I doubted if I deserve this award… but I’m proud of staying consistent.” Faith aptly added, “Consistency speaks dedication!" Consistency matters.
Each Titan expressed amazement at being chosen, considering the high caliber of talent around them. This is a testament not just to their performance, but to the culture of excellence and camaraderie we nurture here at SVC.
Life Beyond the Desk
Our Titans shared their secrets to excelling at work without losing sight of what matters most: balance.
For Kenth, maintaining balance is about prioritizing activities that help him stay focused and recharged for the challenges of work. Whether he’s on the basketball court, trekking through nature, or committing to regular gym sessions, these hobbies reflect his intentional approach to self-care and productivity. “I don’t think about work when outside the office… the key is finding hobbies.”
John, a proud dad of two, emphasized how spending time with the people he loves keeps him motivated and inspired at work. His personal moments are filled with playing with his kids, catching up with friends, and staying grounded through his faith—connections that fuel his drive and positivity.
Meanwhile, Shaynne attributes her success to thoughtful time management, ensuring she dedicates quality attention to work, family, and her passion for baking. This balance allows her to stay productive while enjoying her creative pursuits, which her supportive teammates eagerly embrace by purchasing her baked goods and offering feedback. “Pause from work is I think… what makes it,” she shared, highlighting the value of stepping back to recharge and maintain focus.
“Love your job, and everything else will follow.”
So, how do they consistently perform at their best? It boils down to preparation, adaptability, and a positive mindset. Shaynne believes in starting the day strong by arriving early, organizing her tasks, and setting goals. Kenth emphasizes the importance of staying open to feedback and striving for self-improvement every day. “Nobody is perfect… be positive always, be better every day, and accept feedback.” Meanwhile, John credits simple habits like walking after work for keeping him in high spirits and motivated. He also shared a heartfelt story about overcoming past struggles with tardiness, committing to prove to himself and others that he could excel. His mantra? Keep moving—literally!
Each of them embraces the idea that growth comes from learning and staying consistent. As John put it, “Love your job, and everything else will follow.”
A Season of Gratitude and Anticipation
With the holidays around the corner, our Titans are feeling grateful and reflective. John is thankful for the opportunity to grow at SVC, “I’m grateful to still be here at SVC, proving myself and being part of this amazing team”, while Kenth appreciates his family’s health and the company perks that sweeten the deal. Shaynne is grateful for the support of her team and the constant communication that helps her succeed both professionally and personally.
But the season isn’t just about looking back—it’s about looking ahead. With the year-end party just around the corner, one big question remains: Who will be Titan of the Year? While our Titans are humbled just to be in the running, they all admit that winning would be an overwhelming and proud moment. Regardless of the outcome, they’re all winners in our eyes.
